- There are two active outdoor security cameras. One camera is a Ring Doorbell at the entrance door and one is located on the side deck pointed to the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property. Any touching on security cameras will result an immediate eviction and forfeit rental payment. The cameras are only monitored to protect our property when vacant.
- No refunds will be made for weather related events, loss of electrical power, water, air conditioning, or cable outages. We cannot refund money due to any of these (TV, Wi-Fi, gas log fireplace, hot tub, small appliances, etc.) not working or malfunctioning. We will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible.
